I am passionate about the benefits of Gestalt therapy, and its potential to support us all to live fully. It is a relational, body-centred psychotherapy, which offers the possibility of growth and change, through an accepting, respectful and supportive relationship with your therapist. I am trained to work with individuals and couples over the age of 18.
It is important that you feel comfortable enough with your therapist to begin building the trust and sense of safety required for effective therapy. I offer a free consultation session for us to meet, talk about what brings you to therapy and how I work, so we can decide together if we're a good match. I also hold a Diploma in Psychotherapy Supervision.
