Thank you for being here. You have taken the first step in helping yourself to no longer feel the way you do and no longer carry around what is weighing you down at the moment. I aim to provide, with over 3000 hours of client experience, an understanding for you as to why you feel the way you do. We will then look at helpful day to day ways of coping with these struggles. My aim is to help you live a life you feel comfortable in, that aligns with you and helps you feel confident in navigating what may come your way. I integrate both humanistic/person centered counselling with CBT tools tailored to best support you.
I have extensive experience supporting clients in varied areas. My main areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, life changes, relationships, grief/loss and self development. My background has focused on extensive research into supporting clients living with or supporting others with chronic illness as well as running bereavement and grief workshops.
Let's take this next step together. I offer a no obligation free 30 minute initial consultation where we can explore a little more about the support I provide, please contact me via email to arrange this or if you have any other questions. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
