Hello there.
I tend to work with adults who are experiencing or have experienced problems in personal or work relationships. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression or loss of identity or you may want to improve on your relationships. I am interested in what brings you to counselling, hearing your story and what you want to work on in our sessions together. Talking will help you find clarity and make sense of what is going on for you.
I am highly empathic and non judgemental and have had a lot of experience working with adults around domestic abuse and violence as well as crime, negative online dating experiences, relationship problems & Narcissism. Our space together is safe and confidential, where you can choose what you want to talk about in your own time, while working to your goal.
I understand the impact any of the above issues can have and it takes absolute courage to access counselling and talk about your situation especially if you feel unsure of whats what and you are to blame.
