Hi, and welcome to my profile. Working with a compassionate, trained therapist who listens without judgement can be a powerful, healing and transformative experience. Maybe you are going through a life crisis, or having difficulties in relationships and struggling with difficult and overpowering emotions. Perhaps you have experienced pregnancy loss, infertility, or other bereavements, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, stuck and wondering how to move? Together we can find ways that will bring understanding to your experience and ultimately bring relief and peace and a way to move forward with renewed momentum.
I offer online and face to face therapy, specialising in working with anyone affected by bereavement including miscarriage, stillbirth, termination, baby and child loss. I offer a warm, confidential space to explore your loss, tailoring sessions to each client, using an approach that makes sense to you. Exploring brings understanding, and possibilities
I know seeking help is not easy. and takes courage. It is a privilege to sit alongside a client working together to find a way forward that is right for for each person. If you think I might be the right therapist, I'd love to hear from you. Please do get intouch for an initial conversation. I look forward to hearing from you.
