I understand how daunting the prospect of asking for help can be, so I offer a relaxed counselling experience, working in a style and at a pace that feels comfortable for you, whether that is dealing with a present issue, finding coping strategies, or exploring past experiences that are still negatively impacting you.
After an initial telephone consultation (approx. 10 minutes), we will work together to agree on the best path forward for you as an individual.
