The journey to conception, pregnancy and early parenthood can be one of the most meaningful and challenging periods in life. If you are struggling with your path to parenthood, miscarriage, perinatal depression or anxiety, birth trauma, or intrusive thoughts you do not have to navigate these experiences alone.
I am a counsellor specialising in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals throughout fertility treatment, pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I work with both mothers and fathers who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma or difficulties adjusting to parenthood.
I offer support for clients with:

- IVF and assisted conception
- Pregnancy loss, miscarriage and baby loss
- Prenatal and postnatal depression
- Prenatal and postnatal anxiety
