When people have the chance to untangle what is getting in the way of them thinking or feeling well, they can often re-evaluate their lives positively. I am, amongst other things, focus on people who have been in long term abusive/confusing relationships and also people who have endured cancer or other shocking/ traumatising illness.
I offer a free online introductory session of 45 minutes for you.
I offer an understanding of how early years affect us as adults, including attachment issues, struggling with self worth, or trusting self or others. I am able to guide and support people who are dealing with grief, traumatic feelings, anxiety, disaffection and general lowness. I am also aware of environmental/climate devastation/anxiety.
Things may feel a bit flat, you might need someone less involved in your life to download to or things might feel desperate or impossible. You have a chance to feel heard, understood and care in your own life. This will be at your pace, giving space for your discomfort, allowing space for your experiences.
