I am glad that you have found the courage to reach out and explore the possibility of change. When things feel too much, you or your child, may feel overloaded and struggle to find a clear way forward. I work with young people aged 11+ and adults. If you are affected by anything that is causing distress, sadness, low mood, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety - please get in touch. I specialize in working with those struggling with bullying, trauma, attachment issues, narcissism, neglect, family issues, domestic and sexual abuse; including child sexual exploitation - but will sit beside anyone who needs support.
I work with children and young people aged 11+ and adults with many issues including anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, low self-esteem and self-worth, self-harm, bullying, suicidal ideation and much more. I specialise in domestic and sexual violence, trauma and attachment. Alongside my counselling role I am also a workshop facilitator.
Counselling can be daunting and it is really important that you feel comfortable with the person that you are working with. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation, so that I am able to gain some insight in to what you are looking for. If we both decide to continue, I will then book you in an assessment.
