With 20 years’ experience, I offer a unique blend of body psychotherapy, somatic movement, yoga, and hypnotherapy. My approach is creative, embodied, and tailored to each person. I’ve worked with trauma, PTSD, addiction, eating disorders, and neurodivergence, supporting change through connection, curiosity, and compassion.
