Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, emotionally exhausting, or difficult to navigate alone. You may be experiencing a range of emotional, relational, or mental health challenges, or struggling to make sense of difficult experiences you are going through now or from the past.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can talk openly about your experiences. We will work together to make sense of what you are going through, exploring your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, how you relate to yourself and others, and what matters to you moving forward, including the choices and possibilities open to you.
I have particular experience supporting people through anxiety, bereavement, trauma, relationship or family difficulties, caregiving challenges, serious or chronic illness, and significant life transitions. Experiences such as separation, burnout, career change, or retirement can often raise deeper questions around identity, meaning, and what matters to you.
Reaching out for therapy is not always easy, particularly when life already feels difficult or overwhelming. I understand that finding the right therapist matters, and it can help to have a space where you feel able to talk openly, reflect, and work through things at your own pace.
