I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I am particularly interested in working with trauma, anger, depression and OCD but enjoy working with almost any problem.

I am a Counselling Psychologist which means that I have training in many different types of therapy all of which influence my understanding of people and my practice. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This looks at the thoughts and behaviours that keep a problem going and focuses on how to make changes that will help shift things.

I am an open and warm clinician with twenty years of experience working in the NHS. This means I have seen a huge amount of different people and have benefited from a great deal of training, supervision and rigour. I am used to working with people in a short term way (up to 12 weeks) and seeing significant change in their wellbeing.
