Hi, I’m a person-centered therapist who believes that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and work at a pace that feels right.
I have experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges, including domestic violence, grief and loss, and the unique journeys of neurodiverse children and their families. I know how important it is to feel accepted just as you are, and I aim to create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
Alongside working indoors and online, I am also an accredited outdoor therapist. For some people, being in nature provides a calming environment to connect. I work with adults, young people, around anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, recovery from domestic violence, grief, bereavement, life transitions, supporting neurodiverse children and families.
Whether we meet indoors, outdoors, or online, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you find your way forward. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’d like to see if we’re a good fit, I’d be happy to offer a friendly initial conversation.
