Hello and welcome to my page. I am a fully certified play therapist living in Norfolk and I work with children aged 4-12 both in schools and within my practice: Shine Therapies.
I work with individual children and with groups helping children to make sense of their feelings through relationship, attunement and reflection so that they can begin to strengthen their own sense of self and begin to work through their problems.
I was a teacher for 28 years and I have wide breadth of experience in meeting the needs of children. I create a safe and nurturing space where children can express themselves freely, process experiences and develop coping skills. My approach is empathetic and grounded in therapeutic best practices with a child-centred approach.
