About
Thank you for being here, it's a great step to reach out for support and I aim to make this experience as comfortable as possible for you. You may be in a place in your life where you no longer wish to feel the way you do. Or perhaps no longer wish to carry around what is weighing you down at the moment. Whether you've noticed these changes in yourself recently or having been experiencing them for a long time, I aim to support you as best I can. With almost 2000 hours of experience I aim to help you explore what is on your mind, offer new perspectives and help you to manage and cope with life’s difficulties.
I have over 4 years experience working in a university counselling service with students. Since the start of 2022 I have worked alongside Victim Support, supporting clients experiencing traumatic grief. I specialise in working with clients aged 18-40 and some of the key areas I support clients in are self-discovery, anxiety, low mood and bereavement.
It is never easy taking this first step, but it can be the first step to living the life you want to through receiving therapeutic support. If you feel like you can and would like to arrange an initial free consultation, find out my current availability or have any questions for me please contact me via my profile or email address. Thank you.
