In a safe and confidential environment, I can help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to gain an understanding of how they impact your quality of life. I pride myself on being creative and tailoring therapy to suit each individual, whilst using treatments that are based on results and evidence. I'm a firm believer that people don't fit into boxes and this is something I bring to therapy. I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and EMDR Therapist and offer face to face, telephone and online appointments. My associate therapists offer counselling, CBT and EMDR Therapy.
I am trained in using CBT and EMDR to help with a range of emotional difficulties. I love complimenting this with other therapy approaches too, such as ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy. My associate therapists offer counselling, CBT, EMDR and ACT Therapy, both face to face and online at various times throughout the week.
We understand the courage it takes to ask for help and engage in therapy. We will always go at a pace you feel comfortable with and ensure you will be involved in the decision making process throughout therapy. Therapy is about teamwork and two individuals working together to come up with solutions.
