My name is Kate; I offer a safe and understanding space to access therapy and talk about what’s going on for you. Therapy can support you to understand yourself better, to explore new perspectives and practice compassion for yourself and others. Whether you have something specific you would like to work on or if you’re simply not feeling like yourself and don’t know where to start, therapy might be helpful to you.
As well as traditional talk therapy I am happy to explore creative approaches to help you get the most out of therapy.
I offer face to face sessions in central Bristol. Sessions are held weekly and cost £60.
