Something has brought you here — perhaps a relationship that keeps hitting the same wall, a sense that you are not quite living the life you imagined, or feelings that are difficult to name, let alone share. I am a psychotherapist and group analyst based in King’s Cross, London. Before training I worked in the corporate world — I understand the gap that can open between outward achievement and inner life. I have worked across the NHS, voluntary sector and private practice, run a therapy group at the Guildhall School of Music, facilitate workshops and serve as a Trustee at the Institute of Group Analysis.

I work with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, identity and life transitions. I have a specialist interest in adoption and early experiences of loss or not-belonging — how these shape us into adult life. I also work with people in creative fields — musicians, performers, writers and academics — where pressures are real but hard to name.

People come to me when they have tried to make sense of things alone and are ready for support to think and shift.
