I am an Integrative Psychoterapist which means that I use a variety of techniques including person-centred and humanistic approaches, CBT, mindfulness and psychodynamic models to tailor them to individual needs of my clients. I have gained my experience working for the NHS and well-known charities like Mind where I came across a broad range of issues.
