I am a fully qualified Humanistic counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer short-term and long-term support to adults using a blend of person-centred, gestalt and transactional analysis approaches. I work holistically, considering and connecting emotions, mind and body, as well as considering the environment we live in, as I believe that this is the only way to truly understand ourselves.
In my practice, I aim to develop a counselling relationship in which you are an active and equal participant. Together, we create a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to discuss and explore your problems.
I understand that the first step of reaching out for help can be a scary one and I will endeavour to answer your enquiry as soon as I can. I offer a complementary 20-minute zoom call, where we can meet and get a sense of each other. We can talk about what brings you in, what you hope to get from counselling and any questions you may have.
