Hi, I'm Dr Kat Sephton, HCPC registered and BPS chartered Clinical Psychologist and owner of Renew Psychology. I specialise in Neuropsychology, supporting those with neurological conditions (e.g. MS, Dementia, Parkinson's), stroke, traumatic brain injury, and illness affecting the brain. I provide individual therapy, neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation, training and consultation. I have more than a decades experience working in mental health and physical health services, hospitals, care homes and in patients own homes.
As a clinical psychologist I draw on a number of therapeutic models ( CBT, ACT, CFT) and specialist training in neuropsychology to provide an individualised assessment and therapy plan including cognitive assessment and neuropsychological rehabilitation as required.
