About
Sometimes we can feel a bit broken. We all need to heal and repair every so often. You may be finding that getting out of bed is a struggle, noticing that you don’t enjoy the things you used to, you might be feeling disconnected from your life and finding yourself a bit worried about how past experiences are affecting your life now.
I work to help clients explore their feelings around difficult experiences and find ways to help you process what has happened to you. Some may want to talk about the experience and what happened. Some may want to talk about how an event may be impacting them now. I focus on building a relationship with you that feels gentle, supportive and safe.
I understand that committing to counselling takes courage and the importance of working with a counsellor who is a good fit for you. I encourage anyone interested in working together to contact me with any questions by email and to book an initial session. This gives us a plenty of time to get a sense of how we might work together and if we are a good fit.
