About
I believe that all people can reach their full potential when they have the tools, knowledge and awareness to empower themselves. Together, we can find new ways to manage your current situation, challenge unhelpful thinking, and experiment with behaviour change. My role is to help you explore these difficult thoughts and feelings to find strategies for coping that work for you. I am a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist, which is a collaborative and effective treatment method for a wide range of issues. I work with adults of all ages, backgrounds and identities. I champion equality and inclusion in my practice and am gender-affirming.
Our life experiences can impact the way in which we interact with others and cope with life’s challenges. We take in what we see and experience and try to make sense of it all, this can lead to feelings of low self-worth or increased fear of people.
I understand taking that first step in seeking help can be difficult, but working with someone can help. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where we can work together on the issues that matter to you. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and use a very practical and explorative approach to working towards your goals.
