Hello, I am an integrative psychotherapist with almost two decades' experience in both private practice and NHS and other settings. My aim is to provide a warm, safe and confidential space for you to bring whatever may be troubling you. I have extensive experience of working with people from all walks of life with a wide range of issues and complexities. These include: anxiety, relationship issues, migration issues, trauma, addiction, domestic abuse and the family court system. I work with adults of all ages both from my peaceful therapy space just outside Bath and online.
As an integrative therapist I work with different therapeutic modalities which include psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor and mindful self-compassion approaches. Primarily, though, it's about what works for you and that's what we figure out together.
