Hello and welcome. My name is Kat and I'm a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist working from my private practice in Fleetwood. I can also accommodate evening appointments online.
With over 12 years experience working in education; community settings and the charitable sector - in a safeguarding, wellbeing & counselling capacity - I bring a wealth of knowledge, empathy and professional integrity to my therapeutic practice. My experience working within education positions me strongly to support those who are facing emotional challenges - whether that be work-based stress or family related. The impact of childhood trauma & life transitions is a common topic I work with and I'm an experienced counsellor for adults who have been impacted by sexual assault & childhood abuse.
