I am a person centred counsellor, who offers confidential and empathic counselling in York and surrounding areas. I offer short and long term counselling to adults, teenagers and children, from 7yrs, in a safe, non-judgemental environment. I offer both indoor and outdoor counselling sessions as well as telephone and online counselling. I aim to help my clients achieve positive change in their lives by working together to facilitate change, even when words or feelings maybe difficult to express.
I have many years experience with all ages from 7+. I have particular experience working with people who have an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), using social stories and playing to help them communicate their though.
