Maybe you are stuck in a past trauma; maybe you are struggling to move forward in your life; or maybe you are stuck in unhealthy behavioural patterns. Whatever brings you to therapy, my speciality is a deep exploration of all the factors that are holding you back. To do this, I develop long-term supportive relationships with my clients and work in an open-ended way, rather than just “fixing” the immediate problem.
I am skilled to help people feel at ease discussing distressing feelings or experiences and creating a nurturing environment for those who are unsure about therapy. My work is led by the client’s needs, and my “integrative” style means I get a full understanding of the person and adapt my methods to suit the individual.
