Hello and thank you for looking at my profile. I am a Person-Centred counsellor that has many years experience with both Children and Adults. I work with a wide range of issues from attachment, Bereavement, Stress, identity, relationships, issues arising in Parenting/caring Ect. Life can give us challenges that we may struggle to face alone but hopefully having a supportive counsellor could help us navigate through these times. Time to reflect and process in a safe, non judgmental place.
I feel I can offer a safe non judgement space to explore issues that may be arising in your life. Using a Person-Centred approach allows you to go at your own speed and more space to reflect what may be happening. Also offering support to children from 4+ using play therapy allows children to express and explore feelings through play rather than words.
Life can give us many happy moments but also many difficulties ones. Things from the past or present can stop us seeing things in a positive light.
