Children & Adolescent Counsellor.
My passion is supporting children (5+), teens and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, family changes, or difficulties at school. Young people often feel overwhelmed or misunderstood, and my aim is to provide them with a safe, creative, and understanding space where they can explore their feelings and develop healthier ways to cope. I also recognize the importance of the family system, and when helpful, I work with parents and careers to strengthen relationships and improve communication.
Whatever challenges your child or teenager may be facing, we will work together to explore their feelings in a safe and supportive way. I use creative and age-appropriate techniques such as play, art, and storytelling with children, while offering a space for teenagers to talk openly without judgement.
I understand that reaching out for support for your child or teen can feel daunting. I encourage families to view counselling as a positive step towards change and growth. Together, we can create a safe and supportive environment where your child feels understood and valued, and where meaningful change can begin.
