Undertaking psychotherapy can be daunting, especially nowadays, when so many different types of therapy are available. It can be overwhelming to make that decision. In my approach, I believe that each situation is unique. Through my experience of working with teenagers and their families, as well as adults in individual and group modalities and couples, I learned to develop a sensitive ear for my client’s needs. We all sometimes struggle due to external or internal pressures or a combination. However, I deeply believe that facing difficulties with compassion and an open mind can be liberating.
In my work, I offer a psychodynamic approach based on the understanding of the complexity of the internal world and the relational landscape of the individual or couple. I accompany my clients in exploring how these translate into their intimate relationships and other interpersonal interactions they encounter in everyday life, opening the way to change.
MA diploma in General Psychology at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw; training in group analysis at The Institute of Group Analysis “Rasztów” in Warsaw; Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice in WPF Therapy in London. In the final year of Psychoanalytic Couple Therapy Training in Tavistock Relationships.
