Hi, I'm Karmela at Mixed Emotions Counselling. As a fully qualified and insured counsellor and psychotherapist, I will work with you collaboratively, as a team focused on you, where you are the expert on your life and I provide empathy, challenge, insight and practical strategies. The most important aspect of therapy is that we "click" and feel a connection that allows you to open up and feel safe and understood. Whether you're looking for more clarity in your life, support with life changes, relationships, or managing anxiety or depression, we can work through it together. I am an integrative therapist and work relationally, meaning we will use the therapeutic relationship as window of insight and understanding, using different tools and techniques that work for you. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, processing past events or addressing identity issues, I have the training and experience to support you.
