You might want clarity, coping tools, or simply someone to sit with you in what you are carrying. You do not need to have it all figured out. I will work with you to explore what is going on and help you move at your own pace in a way that feels right for you.
I offer a warm, flexible space where you can reflect, explore what is going on for you, and find a way forward. Therapy with me can be calm and supportive, gently challenging, focused on goals, or creative depending on what you need. I aim to help you feel understood and better equipped to manage life.
There is no pressure in our first session. We will talk through what is going on, get to know each other, and explore what you might want from therapy. You are welcome just as you are. If you are thinking about starting therapy, I would be glad to work with you.
