I am a clinical psychologist with over 14 years of experience, having worked with clients in adult and CAMHS services in both the UK and Hong Kong. I have worked in secondary and specialist mental health settings and am skilled in treating a wide variety of mental health conditions.
I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotion-focused therapy (EFT). I teach Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which is particularly effective for clients dealing with long-term mood struggles
