Hi and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile, I hope that you feel I can help. Acknowledging that you might need help and then looking for that help can seem like a daunting task and finding the right person to help you may feel even harder. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and non-judgemental process where we build a trusting therapeutic relationship to understand and work through your difficulties with aim that you are able to improve your experience of your life. A key to this is listening to you as the expert of your own experience and finding the approach that best fits with you.
I have more than 10 years experience of working in mental health services across multiple settings with various approaches. I can offer short or long term therapy depending on your needs and wants. I also offer Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments (priced separately).
