Counselling and supervision with a free initial half-hour assessment in-person or online session, in a dedicated private room.
Counselling gives you the opportunity to understand your current challenges and explore ways to overcome them in a confidential space where the agenda and pace is driven by you.
This may include solution focused integrative or pluralistic counselling that suit you.
I work with adults and children, with longer sessions available for relationship, couples and family work.
My work in-person or online, includes neuro-diversity, autism (A.S.D) ADHD, pornography, addiction, music therapy, film, survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma, fetal loss, grief and bereavement.
As a child I was adopted into an active military family.
I believe in counselling having experienced the benefits of it within my own life.
