I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, offering counselling to adults, online and face to face in Sutton, Surrey. I facilitate short term (6-12 sessions) and long term (open-ended) therapy. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, taking into account all of our being - psychological, cultural, physical, social and spiritual. I work in a way that is gentle, warm and holding. I endeavour to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk through the experiences you are facing. I work collaboratively to ensure that you have the autonomy in deciding the content, pace and depth of our work.
I offer an integrative-relational approach to therapy. An integrative approach refers to my ability to draw from a variety of theoretical models and ideas to support my therapeutic interventions, depending on your needs. Working relationally means that I prioritise our therapeutic relationship as the heart of our work to create change and growth.
It can feel daunting starting therapy; booking an initial session provides an opportunity to meet one another, we can discuss any questions or concerns you may have to enable you to make the best choice for you. Should you decide to proceed with therapy, our sessions would take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis, on the same day and at the same time.
