I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor (Psychology degree and pos graduated in Health Psychology) interested in a holistic well-being approach. I have experience providing psychotherapy to university students, young people, children and their families dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, family issues and relationship problems.
