People who come to me often carry something that has been affecting them for a long time, sometimes most of their lives. Drawing on many years of clinical experience and a warm, genuine approach, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences.
I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist and I mostly work with adults affected by trauma and painful life events. What matters to me is that therapy feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely tailored to you. We'll begin by building an understanding of your experiences, hopes and goals, and from there we'll work together to find a way forward.
