I feel that we all need help sometimes and talking in a safe and confidential space can help you to make changes in your life that will benefit you and your family.
I can offer you a supportive and non- judgemental relationship in which you can explore the challenges of your life now or the impact of past experiences, you can come to a better understanding of yourself which will empower you to make changes and feel happier. I have many years experience working with children and young people as well as couples.
I offer my first session for free so you can come and meet with me and we can talk together about whether Counselling is the right thing for you and if I am the best person to help and support you, you can then decide if you feel you would like to continue or not with no obligation to. I am also happy to talk with you before we meet either by phone or email.
