I am a fully qualified , registered and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with a dual registration in mental health nursing and a Masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy. I offer one to one therapy with all adults 18 years and over. We can meet online, telephone, or in the therapy practice. It is a peaceful rural and confidential setting.
Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk openly and honestly . My professional role is to create a safe trusted space to enable you to do this. I use the therapeutic process to help you find your own answers. This is why the therapeutic relationship is important.
As a person centred integrative therapist I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities to work with you in a way that is tailored for you at any point in time. I have worked in private practice as a counsellor-psychotherapist, and worked for over 30 years in Community Mental Health Services within the NHS. I have a wide breadth of experience.
