With over 8 years of experience in my private practice, I have a wide range of experience, knowledge and expertise, including grief and loss, health, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD and stress management issues. I can help if you are feeling stuck, have fears or phobias, if have experienced trauma, overwhelm or confusion. Now could be the time to talk.

My sessions are currently online and can be weekly or fortnightly, becoming more infrequent, they can be short or longer term. I remain available for check ins as and when needed.
