About
Are you feeling anxious, sad or struggling to cope? Perhaps you are going through life-changing events such as bereavement, divorce, long-term illness or feelings of being stuck and not knowing how to move forwards? Whatever is troubling you, I am here to listen and would like to help you find a positive way forward. I work with adults and adolescents, providing a safe and compassionate environment where you feel comfortable to talk about any aspect of yourself or your life that is troubling you. On-Line only (Zoom/Skype/Video WhatsApp) - evening and weekend appointments available.
Many people suffer for years with problems that keep recurring without understanding why or knowing how they can heal from past or present wounds. I would like to work with you to explore what is going on for you, to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings and to facilitate you in developing a greater understanding of yourself.
I have helped with all kinds of f issues, including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, self-harm, grief, stress, chronic long-term disabilities. I’ve worked with Cruse Bereavement care, at Her Majesty's prison service, in a senior school- counselling adolescents; and as a nurse in the NHS. Please contact me for a confidential consultation.
