I work to understand things from your viewpoint, and to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. I listen, understand, accept, and believe, and appreciate that talking about feelings is difficult. Being interactive means that you'll get much more than 'hmms' and 'uh-huhs' from me.
Rather than giving advice or opinions, we explore your options together so you can make your own decisions and choices. Learning to trust your own judgement helps to boost self-esteem and confidence. I'm an experienced, warm, & caring therapist. My specialities are: Bereavement/Grief, Adoption, Work-life balance, and relationships (individuals only).
