I am a compassionate and experienced therapist working with adults, young people and children. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted without judgement. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re struggling with ADHD, autism, anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties or significant life changes, together we can look at tools to make these challenges more manageable. I work with the here and now, but also explore past experiences to make sense of why we do the things we do!
For children and young people, challenges can show up in many ways — through behaviour, withdrawal, worries or difficulties at school. I adapt my approach to suit each person’s age, needs and personality.
My experience within neurodiversity, both male and female domestic and sexual violence to name a few. Bipolar, Tourette syndrome, SADS, and many more.
