I'm Karen McCann, a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.
In-person sessions are in the TS19 area, online is available countrywide.
Safety, respect and confidentiality are core values I hold. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles, understand yourself, your past and your relationships better and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Through a safe partnership, we can understand and help you process the internal and external pain, anxiety, addiction or relationship issues.
I work in an integrative way (multi-model therapy), to build a collaborative, personalised therapeutic experience for each individual client. A karmic cycle is a repetitious pattern of events, emotions or realisations that occur in your life. Until that lesson is mastered, we will continue to repeat the cycle. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles, understand yourself, your past and your relationships better, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I also offer somatic healing and relaxation sessions working with the body using massage, reiki, reflexology and sound healing techniques at £60 per 55-minute session.
