I am a highly trained Counsellor, Movement Psychotherapist and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (TA). I am genuinely passionate about helping people find their way through difficult times; I can work with a wide range of issues, but have a lot of experience with relationships, trauma, and autism. I offer therapy that is tailored to you as an individual, grounded in the belief that real, meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen, accepted, and empowered. I work online and face-to-face, in one-to-one therapy and with couples.

Guided by the core values of Transactional Analysis, the values of equality and belief that everybody has the capacity to reflect, grow and create change in their lives, my approach is rooted in the belief that relationships can heal what at times may feel broken. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart, founded on non-judgment and compassion.
