I am an experienced and professional counsellor with a wealth of experience of working as a therapist since 2010 in a variety of settings in the private, education and voluntary sectors. I can offer support to young people, adults and families who may be feeling anxious, stuck or have experienced trauma. I provide a safe environment in which emotional difficulties can be explored. I believe that counselling helps to develop the awareness needed for growth, change and healing. I am a registered member of the UKCP and have a wide range of tools to support you in our work together.
