I'm an empathetic and trauma-informed integrative counsellor who offers a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, stuck in patterns they cannot seem to move beyond, or struggling with persistent unhappiness and anxiety. Sessions are built on trust, compassion, and collaboration. Supporting clients to find clarity and regain a sense of control.
Together we will explore and find solutions to help you move through the internal and external challenges that brings you to counselling which in turn builds self-worth and belief.
I offer an integrative approach, combining person-centered, CBT and psychodynamic therapy. I have experience of working with young people and adults, and a strong awareness and understanding of the challenges being neurodiverse.
I know it is essential to adapt my approach around each individuals needs to support growth and change.
I know making the decision to attend counselling can be frightening and overwhelming. I am here to listen while holding a safe space for you. I will walk with you, helping you to find a way to move forward and find 'yourself'.
