Everyone comes to counselling with different ideas about what they want to achieve. It may be you are looking for help with a specific problem or perhaps simply want to talk to someone. I offer counselling for a wide range of problems which we can explore together in a safe and confidential space. I am currently offering in-person sessions in central Cambridge and on-line sessions.
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor working with individual clients in private practice and I also work at a counselling charity in Cambridge. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework. My work is supervised by an experienced senior counsellor.
I will invite you for an initial consultation which is an opportunity for us to explore the issues and challenges you are facing, establish a focus for your counselling and together we will discuss the best way forward to meet your needs.
