Hey, I'm an EMDR & Trauma psychotherapist working online. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I use different therapy methods, such as EMDR, that will help with your process. Alongside my private practice I work as a trauma therapist for a charity specialising in sexual trauma. I have experience working with a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, workplace stress & interpersonal abuse.
My approach working with trauma is integrative. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which is powerful healing method that can relieve many troublesome symptoms of trauma.
