Im an Accredited Psychotherapist, specialising in trauma. I have experience privately, charity sector, and NHS. I work integratively, drawing on Somatic Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, ACT, EFT, CBT, Humanistic approaches, helping individuals who have been exposed to traumatic events. I implement Mindfulness approaches. Offering highly effective treatments designed to ease distress, and implement lasting changes. Seeking support is a major life step. Psychotherapy/EMDR can help develop new understandings and awareness, and can enable deep rooted change, and personal growth to occur. Alongside this working Trauma Focused allowing you to process traumatic experiences and memories. I have experience working with male, female, and LGTBQ+ clients in both brief focused therapy and longer term therapy.
Additionally I have trained in supervision, and have limited availability for clinical supervision.
